Frequently asked questions and answers

We offer three ways to pick up or return your golf set:

1. In our office during our office hours:

For the pick up/ return of golf sets (Mon-Fri, 09:00-16:00 h) you receive a discount of 5 € per set and handover.

2. In our office outside our office hours:

We also offer you the option to pick up/ return your golf bag in our office next to the airport outside our office hours (Saturday, Sunday or Mo-Fr before 9:00 am or after 16:00 h in the evening or on a bank holiday).

For this service we charge € 10 per golf bag.

3.Directly at the airport

Transfer date, time, and place at the airport will be agreed with you.

Airport service charge is € 20 per golf bag.

You will need your booking document and a copy of your valid ID-Card or Passport. For multiple bookings for a group, we need the ID-Card or Passport of the person who made the reservation.

For a detailed list of the clubs, please refer to the corresponding website after you click the button "CHECK PRICE". There you will find "more" detailed informations of the golf clubs. Normally each bag contains a driver, a fairway wood, a hybrid, irons 5-SW and a putter.
Our customers are responsible for the proper use of the clubs during the rental period.
1. When a club or clubs are broken or damaged the repair costs are charged to your credit card. You must return the broken or damaged club (shaft and clubhead). If one of the two components is missing (shaft or clubhead) the club will be deemed as lost or stolen.
2. The replacement costs for stolen clubs will be charged to your credit card. The prices vary according to current retail prices.
